Where our hearts beat the loudest – in the little village Boos in the Eifel – we decided to live the oldest manifestation of hospitality for generations: for our own guest house which has developed into a hotel now – designed according to our values, lived according to our philosophy.
We not only want to satisfy our guests but inspire them. Therefore, we are happy when guests become regulars or even friends.
As passionate restaurateurs, we are also connected to the people in the region: the employees, suppliers, craftsmen and local companies. We have always treated one another as equals with respect and appreciation and we are convinced of our regional products and their quality.
Motivated and avid we always focus on the renewal and improvement of the hotel and the offers. The focus of what we do day by day is on the well-being of our guests. On the one hand we keep developing and look into the future in a success-oriented manner, but on the other hand, we are proud of the development of the earlier years and of the basis that was created by our ancestors. We also want to combine tradition and modernity with regard to architecture. Where once little farms were located, there is a hotel with a newly built wellness area now.
For the construction of the building, the sensible and efficient use of resources and raw materials was important to us: We have created sustainable solutions in many small details that form our ecological footprint. Examples include the clay plaster in the bathrooms of the “Eifel-Panorama”-rooms and in the relaxation room of the EifelSpa, the quarry stones of an old barn for the reception, the untreated wood for the construction of the carport and the old spruce boards and oak beams.
We are grateful to live in this special place and we are happy to share it with our guests.

We want you to feel safe at your stay in our house.
At the entry area and at the rest rooms you will find disinfectant. In addition to that we air our premises regularly.
Our staff is vaccinated.
Since 03/04/22 there are no covid rules in gastronomy and hotel industry anymore.
